Located a 4 kilometers outside the city of Šibenik and 600 m from the untouched beach, Holiday home villa Juli is tastefully decorated house in the rustical Dalmatian spirit with a big jacuzzi for 5 person and artificial grass playground 200m2. Whole house up and down is for one family and many amenities which will satisfy every guest. It is built in a traditional style; every part is designed with passion, love and attention for detail. In this complex of 6 500 square meters, this newly restored stone villa consists of 2 lovely bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 5 guests. It consists of a beautifully designed dining room, comfortable living room with a sofa bed for one guest and one bathroom. The house has two kitchens, on the ground floor and on the first floor. Guests can enjoy the sun on the deck by the jacuzzi while the children play on the swings. There is artificial grass playground 200 m2 so guests can use it for fun. There is downstaris also a mini kitchen, two toilets and living room with tv and sofa. Both floors have air conditioning. Property is pet friendly. On the property there is beautiful olive grove with 60 olive trees. Children’s books, toys and board games for entertainment are there too!
We are at disposal 24/7 offering very personal service to our guests.
Guests can get delicious food with taste of the past offered in the many restaurants several kilometers from the lovely villa. Few kilometers away is Hacienda, most famous disco club where guests can spend nights and having fun. During they stay in Holiday home Juli with jacuzzi, guests can also see cultural events and concerts of klapa (traditional a capella singing groups) in the city of Vodice and historical city of Šibenik. The offer of exursions is also rich because in the area of around kilometers there are two National parks – National Park Krka & National Park Kornati. For additional entertainment near the villa, guests can enjoy bungie jumping on the Šibenik bridge as well as the possibility of surfing in the small place Jadrija located nearby.
