This new villa will amaze you! First row to the water, heated pool overlooking the blue sea and green pine trees, ideal for both spring and autumn holidays, fully equipped outdoor kitchen in a glass outbuilding, outdoor dining room, outdoor gas grill, jet ski to take to Skradin, Krka National Park or nearby Šibenik, Banj beach or mussel farms. The pool area is completely hidden from view because your first neighbors are forest birds. Secured parking for 3 cars. Beach right in front of the villa. The villa extends over three floors and is connected by an external staircase. Each floor is fully equipped as an apartment, so that several families can ideally be accommodated and have privacy. On the ground floor there is an apartment with one double bed, kitchen and bathroom. In front is a large terrace with access to the courtyard. The first and second floors have the same layout: two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The first and second floors are for 4+2 people. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room. All rooms are equipped with SAT/TV and air conditioning. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor glazed kitchen is equipped with a kitchen that has an oven, stove, washing machine and refrigerator, and there is also another toilet with a toilet and sink. An additional shower is in the pool area.

Here you will find peace and quiet, you have a beautiful view of the lake (Prokljansko jezero) where you can swim in the beach in front of the villa. If you are coming by boat, we will try to find you a berth. Skradin and NP Krka are 15-20 minutes away by car or boat, and Šibenik is less than 10 minutes by car. For fishing lovers, it is also a suitable place because the lake is full of bream, mullet and cuttlefish. There are 2 restaurants nearby and 1 coffee bar. The shop is 1 km away.
