This beautiful holiday Villa is rented as an independent object. It is located on the attractive part of Novalja in a peaceful and quiet place, approximately 800 meters from the beach. The house has a large swimming pool, and a very nice sunbathing area. The house is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms with a double bed on the top floor, three bathrooms plus one extra bathroom on the ground floor. There are two sofa beds which can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. In the ground floor there is a large kitchen, fully equipped. There is a fridge, oven, coffee machine and kettle and everything else necessary for preparing and consuming food and drinks, also two separate refrigerators, one for food and drinks, the extra one for drinks only. There is a large living room, connected to the kitchen and dining room area. The house has air conditioning and free WiFi. There is a free parking place in front of the house for house guests – three cars maximum. A perfect place to spend your holiday! Suitable for 6 – 8 people.
