Villa Giulietta is located in the picturesque town of Vrbnik on the island of Krk, one of the most beautiful historic spots on the Croatian coast. This modern villa accommodates up to 6 guests, combining comfort, elegance, and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. Situated on a 400 m² enclosed property, it offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The outdoor area features a heated swimming pool of 24 m² and 1.5 m depth, surrounded by six comfortable sun loungers. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and sink makes outdoor cooking a delight. The spacious terrace with a dining table invites you to enjoy meals outside. Additional amenities include a fitness room and a separate bathroom with a washing machine. Inside, the villa boasts an open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room. The ground floor includes one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms with double beds, TVs, en-suite bathrooms, and balconies offer stunning sea views. * Two small dogs are included in the price.  * Swimming pool is heated from April to October.
