The villa was built thirty years ago and is entirely the product of manual labor of a family that is woven into it all their effort and knowledge. The owner of the villa is an artist, a painter and sculptor, a lover of rock heritage, who with the help of his wife and children who have inherited the same artistic line, for years built a house and edited the corresponding space, incorporating in it all over himself. Each part of the villa, from its stone casing from the outside, its interior decorated to the environment bears the mark of the manual labor of the family. The property of the villa, there are more than 4000 square meters of landscaped land, with a large parking lot, lawns, vegetable garden, fountain, pond Natural stone, orchards, a volleyball court, space for table tennis and the like. Special attention was paid to the pool and the environment around him. In addition to the booths and space for sunbathing and relaxing, beach is a large grassy area by the pool, which is used for recreation and play, adults and children, and includes a tent, a house for the kids, swings, trampoline, slide and the like.

illa Marchelina is in intact piece of Dalmatia, near the town of Imotski, known for its natural beauty, tangible and intangible cultural heritage and other characteristics. Villa can be divided into three parts, of which the residential area makes the main building which has a closed garage and cellar, the ground floor living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms - bathrooms, almost entirely decorated with handmade furniture, a lot of works of art and other interesting details (carved stone windows, art nouveau chandeliers older than 120 years, the fireplace of carved stone, etc.). The floor is a modern two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace. At the villa is adjacent and family library with more than 3500 books. The special part is small, one-room house, separated from the main lawn, which is built entirely of local stone (including the roof) because the goal was to create a building that will be its shape and ambiance to follow the architectural heritage of the Mediterranean as it once was. In addition to rooms with a toilet in the attic, this building is decorated rustic wine cellar with local wines and brandies which are entirely domestic product.

U vlasništvu vile nalazi se više od 4000 kvadrata uređenog zemljišta, sa velikim parkingom, travnjacima, povrtnjakom, fontanom, jezercem od prirodnog kamena, voćnjacima, odbojkaškim terenom, prostorom za igranje stolnog tenisa i slično. Posebna pozornost posvećena je bazenu i okolišu oko njega. Osim sjenice i prostora za sunčanje i odmaranje, uređena je i velika travnata površina pokraj bazena koja služi za rekreaciju i igru odraslih i djece, a sadrži šator, kućicu za djecu, ljuljačke, trampolin, tobogan i slično.
