Villa Mare&Skye offers everything you need to rest and enjoy silence and untouched nature. Start the day on the terrace with the sound of crickets and a view of the sea, olive groves, islands and mountains or enjoy the sunsets. Enchanting, sunny and pleasant, the villa offers a wonderful experience and the true spirit of a Mediterranean holiday. The house is located near the beaches and everything you need during your vacation: restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Villa Mare & Skye consists of two apartments, on the ground floor is Villa Mare and on the first floor is Villa Skye. In the summer months (July and August) it is possible to rent only the entire villa, while the rest of the year it is possible to rent an individual apartment. Villa Mare has access for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchairs.

We offer the complete property management for short and long term rentals and we take care of the reception of guests and tourists in our apartments and villa in Murter.

The house is located in a quiet part of Murter, surrounded by family houses and houses for tourist rent. The location is excellent, a few minutes away from all facilities: restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and local market. The island has several beaches that are known for their beauty, and they are 5 minutes away by car (Podvrške, Čigrađa, Slanica, etc.). Murter is an island connected to the mainland by a free bridge. It is important to know that during the summer, every day between 9 and 9:20 A.M. and 6 and 6:20 P.M. the bridge is raised in order for ships to pass, so it is closed to car traffic during that period. The nearest airport is in Zadar, 68 km away. Split is 120 km away.
