Hello! My name is Mikael and together with my family own our charming holiday house Villa Mária Marta, which was built in 2021, so it still looks like new. Villa is located in the village of Mirca, in the north of the island of Brač, only 3 km from the town of Supetar, which is the center of the island. Villa Mária Marta is located on a fenced private plot of 600 m² and consists of two almost identical equipped apartments with their private entrance. Each of three-room apartments included: 2x Bedrooms - Kings size bed 2x Toilets & Shower Living room - Sofa & Flat TV (The sofa bed is for two children, possibly also for two adults) And fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher… Apartment on the first floor offers two balconies, so you can enjoy your morning or afternoon coffee on one of them. Apartment on the ground floor has two terraces. The first large terrace is located right at the entrance to the apartment. It will provide you with a refuge in the shade of palm trees and the flora of the Mediterranean garden. The second, main terrace, is connected to the living room and kitchen. With a view of the attractive, generous, traditional Brač grill, it directly invites you to evening gatherings with grilled delicacies. You can buy a delicious and always fresh breakfast, savory or sweet directly from the bakery, literally a few (10-15) steps from the entrance gate to the villa. On the opposite side of Villa Mária Marta there is a children's and petanque playground. Guests will appreciate free parking, free WiFi or A/C. The beach is just 150m away.
