Our house Villa Maria is situated at peaceful location in Šilo, with sea view, and 250 m from the beach. The house is surrounded with 750 m2 of private garden , including private garage and parking yard for your car. It has two outdoor terraces in shade, equipped with table and chairs and a built-in fireplace to grill in the garden. It is ideal choice for a family that wants to feel the beauty of the Adriatic Sea in the way we feel it, who are born here. Air distance from the sea is 120 m
Dear Guests, We are very glad that we can welcome you in our house, which is from it's beginning built and owned by Smid family. We also live in Šilo and we are 10 minutes walking distance away from the house in case of any need. We will always do our best to help you in all situations you can find yourself in our little town and country! We speak English, German, Croatian and more or less all Slavic languages, Italian too.
It is very quiet and private neighborhood. The other houses in the neighborhood are also smaller houses and villas surrounded by gardens and pine trees. Near house is also a small pine forest with park where children can play in shadows of the pines.
