Exclusive solar-powered "Villa Ella Estelle" (313m2) with a private pool, sauna, BBQ, hot tub and more in Medići, near Omiš (10 mins away). Beach is 130 meters away. The villa is rented only as a complete unit so our guests have access to all inner and outer space and their privacy. Everything that is shown on pictures is at your disposal. There are 3 floors total and 2 separate private entrances, meaning parts of your group can have privacy, if needed. The top floor (penthouse) has its own entrance.
Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well. Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends, depending on the month. The price shown on calendar is Villa ELLA ESTELLE's nightly rate + platform's service fee (%).
Due to bad past experience with young large groups of friends, such groups are not accepted if they are under 21 years old. This holiday home is more suited for families, couples, business trips.
