Luxury villa in heart of Malinska, a place of mild Mediterranean climate and crystal clear sea, provides everything neccesary for a dream vacation. Villa Nika is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It consists of a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living room that leads to the terrace with a large swimming pool with outdoor furniture designed for trouble-free day and evening meetings. The first floor of the villa has three bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms while on the top floor is an attractive roof terrace with a handy summer kitchen from which you can see the picturesque view of the sea and the Malinska town. Villa is settled close to centre of Malinska and all major facilities: restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and souvenir shops, and if you want to take a dip in the sea, a nearby beach is located within 4 minutes of walking distance.

It was founded by the director and owner oft he property Nikola Milić that made the company respectable and stable with good references with his hard work and experience. The company Milgrad Ltd. was founded in 1997. with headquarters in Zagreb, Oboj 4a. Primarily engaged in the construction of apartments and flats, while renting apartments and houses in Malinska. The company has various facilities in Zagreb and apartments on the seaside(a total of 23 buildings with 150 apartments and suites) and thanks to many years of experience, the choice of high quality materials during their construction, rich equipment, modern interior design, attractive locations and neat documentation shall provide satisfaction to every potentional customer and guest.
Besides the beauty of the place, its clean beaches and beautiful nature, the island of Krk is an interesting place with an abundance of amenities for an active vacation. Try wakeboarding in Punat, go-kart in Krk, long walk walkways, the view from many vantage points, hiking or cycling on specially adapted bike trails. Visit Vrbnik, island of Košljun, try the rich cousine oft he island and visit the many nearby wineries.
