Villa Nika is an authentic rustic stone house combining preserved Mediterranean character with modern comfort. This renovated 120‑year‑old duplex features thick stone walls, elegant stone arches, wooden ceilings with exposed beams and chosen details that create a warm, timeless atmosphere. The villa offers approx. 110 m² of interior space and sits on a private, fully fenced 700 m² plot, ensuring peace, privacy and a relaxed stay. The ground floor features a spacious open‑plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen including a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle and full cookware. Coffee lovers can choose between a filter machine, Bialetti mokka pot and Nespresso machine. The dining area seats six, while the living room offers a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV. The sofa converts into an extra bed (140 x 200 cm). A bathroom with shower is located on this level. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a Smart TV, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub. Outdoors, guests enjoy Mediterranean living with a private heated swimming pool (8 x 3.5 m), sun terrace with loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The landscaped garden features olive trees, while the covered terrace offers a wooden BBQ grill, ceiling fan and a cozy egg swing chair. Private parking for up to four vehicles is available behind an electric gate. The private pool is heated on 24°C as part of the standard villa offering at the beginning and end of the season, allowing comfortable swimming outside peak summer. During the main summer season, the pool naturally maintains temperatures above 24°C. A higher pool temperature can be arranged on request for an additional charge, subject to weather conditions and system limits; guests are asked to notify the host at least 3 days in advance. A solar pool cover is used overnight whenever the pool is heated.
