Our 'Villa Olea' was built in the early 1900's by our great grandfather. The villa is typical Mediterranean style with atrium, terrace, balcony and a large garden. It was recently renovated and converted into three modern apartments, consisting of two and one bedroom apartments. The apartments are furnished with original art works which gives it a unique flair. The balcony has a spectacular view of the Bay of Punat and the nearby islands. The villa, just a 5 minute walk to the center of town, is located close to many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, post office and ice cream parlors. There are many sport facilities in the vicinity - beach volleyball, tennis, diving, sailing, hiking and biking. There is free parking on the premises and all of the apartments have WI-FI connections.
The villa’s name ‘Olea’ comes from the long family tradition of olive growing. We have many olive groves around Punat and we would love to share with you some of our award winning olive oil. Our family lives nearby and someone will always greet you upon your arrival to Punat. We are always available to answer any of your questions and to assist you in making your holiday stay enjoyable!
