Villa Pagus is air-conditioned and fully furnished and has 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed), 4 bathrooms, a living room (with a sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a garden, a terrace and a sundeck by the pool. It is decorated in a traditional Dalmatian style with artistic details. The villa is surrounded by centuries-old olive and fig trees in a spacious garden of 300m2. Ideal for a family with children and a pet or an outdoor summer party. The property has free WiFi. There are 2 famous beaches nearby: Lokunje and Straško. Distance to the city center 0.8 km Nearest shop Plodine 0.6 km Zrće beach only 2.5 km away
The Villa is located 7 minutes away by car from the famous Zrće beach, a 5 minute walk from the city centre and the nearest grocery shops. There is aslo a public beach only 8 minute away by walking and Straško beach that is 5 a minute walk.
