We are renting three brand new four star apartments on the second floor of the Villa. All apartments are fully equipped with all you need for comfortable stay. That includes air-conditioning, wi-fi, satellite tv, kitchen appliances, spare sheets and towels, soap and toilet paper, hair drier. It accommodates 2+2 people, and children under the age of 3 can stay for free. Free parking space is also included. Two apartments have sea view, but the last one is not less attractive, because it has two balconies and the view on the local hills, olives and vineyards. Also we are renting one brand new apartment with the garden view. It is detached from the Villa and you have there your own private entrance, big terrace where you can relax and spend beautiful summer mornings drinking your coffee or having dinner at sunset. It is fully equipped with everything you need.

So what is the story behind Villa Palas? It was named by the one of the brothers that started our family line. Villa is located in Rogoznica, small town on the Adriatic sea. It has most beautiful view on the open sea and the island Smokvica and the beach in front of the Villa is perfect for families with small children. This part of Rogoznica is very quiet and perfect for relaxing and taking long walks on the beaches. If you want to taste the life in Rogoznica you can always go to city center (10 min walking distance) where you can find shops, coffee bars and restaurants, or you can visit the most famous marina in Croatia- Marina Frapa. Marina Frapa offers besides restaurants and coffee bars numerous events that are not reserved only for the guest of Marina. Also you can take a look at the lake Dragons Eye just few steps away. If you feel more adventurous boat trip to National park Kornati is perfect for you. National park Krka is also „must see“ place to visit. The Dalmation towns Šibenik, Trogir and Split are also nearby if you want to find out more about Croation history.
