Villa Piramida built in year 2016, modern designed and fully equipped, located in a quiet and peaceful part of town just 50 meters from the beach. Villa consists of 4 separate apartments (2 apartments with two bedrooms -apartments B1 and B2, and 2 apartments with one bedroom - apartments A1 and A2). Apartments B1 and B2 consist of 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, kitchens and dinning rooms, living rooms where are pull out couches, toilets and balconies. Every room in the apartments has air conditioning and there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Apartments A1 and A2 consist of one bedroom with its own bathroom, kitchen and dinning room, living room where is pull out couch, toilet and balcony. Every room in the apartments has air conditioning and there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. On the ground floor there is laundry. On the roof there is spacious terrace of 54 m2 with comfortable furniture and magnificent view of the sea and bay. In front of the villa there are modern swimming pool 32 m2 large and garden 200 m2 large. In the yard of the villa there is parking place for 7 cars.
