The villa is located in the very centre of the Old Town, in the historic and quietest part of Cavtat, offering a peaceful yet highly convenient setting. Two beaches and the nearest restaurant are just 100 metres away, as well as the iconic Račić Family Mausoleum, one of Cavtat’s most important landmarks.
Nearby, a shaded forest and scenic walking path lead directly to the beach. On the opposite side, a gentle downhill walk takes you to the town centre, 300 metres away, where you’ll find the harbour, boats for daily excursions, and a lively promenade with bars and restaurants.
