Built back in the 15th century as the summer residence of Dubrovnik’s aristocrats, known for selecting magical sites for their second villas, Villa Pugliesi is today enjoying a renaissance, and its guests an air of ultimate calm and comfort. Completely walled, the Villa is a sanctuary of privacy and tranquillity, ideal for groups of people who are intent on spending their quality time at leisure. With six bedrooms and common spaces throughout, Villa caters to up to 14 guests staying here, but a few more are welcome for a sunset party or an evening gathering. While staying at the Villa, anything you might wish for can be arranged by our Villa Manager. From airport transfers, on-demand chauffeur service to speedboat rides, you can choose a different way of reaching the Villa every time you venture out. An extraordinary reality in the oasis of Villa Pugliesi!

Zaton Veliki is a small town not far from Dubrovnik that is named after a bay of irresistible beauty - Zaton. The Renaissance summer manors of former Dubrovnik aristocracies are historical sites which makes Zaton bay recognizable as a Dubrovnik summer manor region. Set back from the coastline, Zaton offers pleasantly warm sea. Zaton is 10 kilometres (15 minutes drive) west of Dubrovnik and 35 kilometres (40 minutes drive) from the Dubrovnik airport. Zaton bay is a quiet bay with no hotels and resorts and no traffic jams.
