With the sea view and wooded nature, it is an ideal place for couples looking for a relaxing holiday isolated from the noise and bustle of the city, yet close enough to all entertainment facilities. Villa Sebenico with its surface of 152 m2 (for 7 people) is equipped with luxurious stylish interior and a touch of Neo style, and with its large terrace is ideal for long enjoyment in the warm evenings or for relaxing time to read books. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning and WI FI which is available throughout the whole object. The nearest beach is 900 meters away.
