Villa Serenity is made for families, multi-generational getaways and friends who want to spend quality time together while still having plenty of space to themselves. The house sits in a secluded spot with sea- and panoramic views, surrounded by olive groves – offering private retreats for everyone, alongside generous spaces to share meals, unwind, play or watching the most beatiful sunsets. Upstairs, you'll find two separate apartments, each with a bedroom featuring a high-quality king-size boxspring bed, its own bathroom with shower and WC, a living room, kitchen and a large balcony with sea- and panoramic views. Downstairs is the spacious main apartment with two bedrooms, also with king-size boxspring beds, a bathroom, generous living room and kitchen. From here, you step straight out onto the terrace. All living areas are air-conditioned. Life here happens outside: the pool with sea views, the barbecue, a big dining table with panoramic views for long dinners under the open sky, and hammocks swaying between the olive trees. And if you're up for it, try your hand at our Balote court – it's the Dalmatian version of Boules, but really more of an excuse to end the day with good company and a glass of wine. The locals do it exactly the same way. We wanted to create a place that works for families but still feels stylish and relaxed. A holiday home where kids and adults alike feel right at home. We're Martina and David, early 30s and passionate hosts. Besides Villa Serenity, we also run Hotel & Chalets Lampllehen in Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps – so hospitality isn't just a hobby, it's what we do every day. Also, Martina grew up in Šibenik and knows this region inside out. Even though we're not always on site, we're available anytime and take care of things quickly and without fuss. Plus, if you like, we pop by in person whenever we're in the area. What we love most is when families and friends travel together and create memories at our place. The area around Šibenik is perfect for families and anyone who likes a bit of variety. Quiet bays with crystal-clear water, short distances to beaches and attractions, and plenty of nature make this region, also with kids, a joy. The historic old town of Šibenik (just 10 minutes away) with its narrow streets, cafés and restaurants is always worth a visit. Don't miss the Cathedral of St. James, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For nature lovers, the Krka Waterfalls (only 20 minutes away) are a real highlight and perfect for a day trip. Day trips to Zadar, Split or Trogir are also easy to do from here, as well as boat tours to the Kornati Islands. Whether it's relaxed days by the pool, beach days, exploring together or great food at one of the many konobas (croatian for restaurant) – everyone finds their own holiday rhythm here.
