Our vacation rental „Villa Silvio“ is located in small tourist town Seget Vranjica about 4 kilometers west of Trogir – a famous historic city, a heritage site under UNESCO protection. The house itself is located at a beautiful location, in the middle of a bay, just 40 meters from the sea. The house offers a beautiful view of the bay and surrounding hills. This house is completely renovated. It has 3 apartments, a private heated pool, two covered parking places, covered area for barbecuing and sunbathing area. The apartment on the first floor is the master suite, which consists of: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen, living room, large terrace - with an outdoor dining area for 8 people. Apartment on the second floor of the house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace with an open dining area for 4 people. The third apartment is located next to the house and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen. A private heated pool, size 6 x 4 meters, is along the house. The house has a sunbathing area, measuring 40 m2, fully equipped with rattan. A barbecue area above the house with a large table for 8 to 10 people.
