This spacious 4* villa with private pool and direct sea access was built with lots of light marble and is located in one of the most beautiful locations on the south coast of the island of Korcula with an extraordinary panoramic view of the neighboring island of Lastovo. Designed for absolute privacy on the outskirts of the tranquil and quiet fishing village of Zavalatica, many celebrities have already spent their holidays here or used the villa as a film set. The living area is 400 m² on a 1600 m² plot. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with king-size bed (180x200cm) (4 of them with sea views), 5 bathrooms with toilet, a private pool 50 m3, 1 Jacuzzi for 6 people, deck chairs, bath towels, fitness equipment, 2 kayaks, 8 bicycles. The 110m² terrace is partially covered and equiped with 3 ceiling fans so you can enjoy your meals in the shade and the beautiful views. The beds are already made upon your arrival. Satellite TV in each bedroom and also in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with two American fridges (fridge/freezer/ice dispenser), an oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, a toaster, an orange squeezer, a kettle, crockery for 12 people and all accessories, needed to prepare an excellent meal. In just 5 minutes you can reach the first restaurant (Konoba Albert), after another 2 minutes the mini market with a bakery which is open 7 days a week and a minute later you will find a pizzeria/grill/burger.
We will be happy to welcome you in an enchanting setting, on the beautiful green island of Korčula, Your children will be able to enjoy the large fully fenced yard as well as the swimming pool. Temperatures in summer are between 26 and 30 degrees
We can offer you excursions to the neighboring islands Lastovo, Osjak, Vis by boat. We are also at your complete disposal to organize copious meals with table service at the villa, wine and olive oil tastings. The villa manager is site on hand to answer all your requests
