Being situated in a peaceful, idyllic coast, this desirable vacation home surronded by stunningly beautiful mediterranean plant life and the scent of the sea pervades the air. Olive trees and figs in abundance, green meadows, evergreen plants and a grove permeated with fresh, marine scents. For all who desire a peaceful, meditative retreat, this is an ideal choice for their summer vacation as well as those who have more thrilling activities in mind. Only a short walk of a 100 meters divides you from a picturesque beach of stone and pebble. This pleasing setting is futher enriched with content such as restaurants, bars as well as stores that supply all you may need. The nearest airport is 26.3 km away, in the southern direction and the UNESCO-protected city of Trogir is just 20 kilometers away, also south. The Largest and most frequented city on the Dalmatian coast, Split, is 48 kilometers apart from this dwelling. This residence is crowned by it's 36 square meter pool , ever tempting during the hot summer days. This residence comes with two parking spaces and one garage. The whole estate is handicapped-friendly and convenient for disabled persons.
