The house is located in a quiet, yet a very close location to the sea (70 m)and beaches,surrounded by lots of green vegetation. The ground floor consists of a spacious terrace (20m2) connected to the living room and the kitchen.There is also the masterbedroom and a bathroom .On the upper floor, which is connected by the external stairs, there is a living room, bathroom ,and a very spacious bedroom which includes one large bed(2 persons) and two single beds.From the bedroom , and from the living room you have the exit to a very large terrace, with the seaview ,which is suitable for sunbathing.Behind the house is the grill zone, with the barbecue and a large covered gazebo , garden furniture. .In the basement of the house, there is space for play and leisure during bad wather days.The nearest beach is just a walk away, with numerous cafes and restaurants open through the summer.The courtyard is enclosed and safe to play for the children. Within the property is free covered parking zone for 2 cars, with the remote control opening and closing of the gate.Also free internet , wi-fi across the house is available.
The owners manage the property for almost a decade now.We live in Rijeka, half an hour distant from Njivice by car. We personally welcome the guests on arrival , explain and show everything, and are always at your disposal.
The neighborhood is very calm, quiet, full of greenary, at the same time practically on the beach.Center of Njivice is within walking distance(10-15) minutes walk by the seaMany good fish and meat restaurants are within walking distance.City of Malinska is 5 km away, city of Krk 17 km distant.Rijeka airport is 6 km away. City of Rijeka is 32 km distant
