Villa VinSun is a luxurious and modern, newly built holiday home. The house has 2 bedrooms with sea view and large double beds. Each room has its own bathroom, TV and a work desk. The spacious living room with sea view and direct beach exit is equipped with 65-inch 4K TV and a seating set for 6-12 people. Kitchen is fully equiped: oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wine cooler. The villa has a surface of 90 m2 + 23 m2 of terrace so it can easily accommodate 6-12 persons. This villa is surrounded by a lovely 300 m2 garden where you can relax with a good book or a refreshing drink. The house is just 5m from the beach so you can easily do all your sun bathing from the terrace. Optional services: - Cot/Crib: Price: included in the booking. - Baby high chair: Price: included in the booking. Price includes: Linen/towel change once a week
