We are family run villa for 23 years. Villa Voinic, Villa Voinic 2 and Villa Voinic 3 are in the same object, just devided in 3 separate names ( if you book anyone villa Voinic, villa Voinic 2 or villa Voinic 3 you will be in the same object). There will be somebody from family to check you in and show you and explain everything you need to know. Our family is: 3 brothers, mom and dad. We welcome you and we will so anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Safe and quite part of cavtat. Distance to city centre is 300 meters up the hill and 350 to beach. We also run a family restaurant Ivan in Cavtat. All the guests from villa Voinic, villa Voinic 2 and villa Voinic 3 have 10 % discount in our family run restant Ivan
