Welcome to "Apartments and Studios Vinko Matić"! Enjoy your stay while spending your time on our terraces / balconies observing the sea and the little port in front of us surrounded by mediterranean greenery.

Property info

Excellent locatin, right next to the sea. All our units have terraces / balconies offering sea view. The house is surrounded by flowers and mediterranean greenery. Car parking as well as boat mooring is ensured. We are especially interesting to boat owners. In our close vicinity there is a small cafe where it is possible to have breakfeast if guests prefere such service. Two beaches are only 100 meters away from us.

Neighborhood info

There are two beaches in our vicinity. The old town Rab is just two kilometers away. An easy stroll along the sea will get you there. This is also an ideal promenade for riding bikes, jogging and other similar activities. Right behind our house there is a walking trail to the remains of St. Damian church, which is on the 223 meters high hill. A breathtaking view of the nearby islands will certainly impress everyone. There are a lot of cafes, bistros and restaurants just a few minutes walk from our family house.
