The house, over 300 years old, was recently renovated. (2024). During the renovation, the original stone walls were preserved, evoking a sense of ancient times. It's a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern amenities, featuring an a / c unit in every room. The property is accessible via public ferry (boat). There are several ferry (boat) departures throughout the day. We recommend purchasing tickets a few days in advance through the Jadrolinija website. Please kindly advise us arrival time 48 hours in advance.

Kolocep is a small, car - free island located just 7 miles from harbour Gruz on the mainland. There are two settlements with sandy beaches. The island covers the area of only about three square kilometres and has a population of just under 200 people.
