Rented totally separate 2 floors of the house above me,: Apartments 1 and 2 of 4 stars are on the 1st floor, and Apartments 3 and 4 of 4 stars are on the 2nd floor where is an office for rent too. Location of the house is exceptional because of the beautifull sea view, specially of breath taking panoramic view of the sea from the 40m2 large terrace of the Apartment 1 and from the16,5m2 large balcony of the Apartment 4. Balconies of the Apartments 2 and 3 of 6m2 are not so large for sun beds but also have nice sea view . The apartments are new, fully equipped, airconditioned, very comfortable, with flat-screen TVs and satellite channels. WiFi and parking are free for our guests.

As the property owner I would like to welcome you and hope that you have a lovely holiday here. We offer a homey atmosphere, quality accommodation and complete privacy. Our guests will not be disturbed, but I am obviously available if needed. I am retired and live on the ground floor level.

Cavtat, the ancient Epidaurum, and the forerunner of Dubrovnik, is a small town located between a magical historic Old Town of Dubrovnik and beautiful Konavle known for agritourism. It is one of the most attractive destinations on the Adriatic coast. The rich cultural heritage, many cultural and entertainment programmes, the summer and the winter carnival, a variety of excursion programmes, traditional cuisine, long walks along the seaside promenade...all that offer worth experience. Dubrovnik Old Town about 20 kilometers away from our house can be reached by bus that stop every 30 minutes about 350 meters far from the house. During the summer there are boat lines from Cavtat waterfront to Dubrovnik and The Island of Locrum.
