Ideally located in a very quiet place, 5 minutes walk from the sea, close to the supermarkets and restaurants (300 meters) in the charming fishing village of Rogoznica (2500 hab), Marina Frapa, one of the most beautiful marina of the Dalmatian coast is also near by, around 1,2 km. This 95 sqm2 apartment is on the top floor of a small recent building which has 2 floors. It is stylish decoration, in shades of beige and grey. From the 18m2 furnished balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay of Rogoznica. The flat has two 2 bright bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a very spacious living/dining room, open on the terrace (possibility to have lunch also outside), two bathrooms (one with shower, and the other with bath), two TV sets, free WiFi, and air conditioning. A charming little Mediterranean garden surrounds the swimming pool. Free private parking.
