Company info

Our family business was founded at the end of 2019 with the aim of building facilities for rental to tourists. Since 2022, the company has been exclusively engaged in real estate rental with a focus on increasing the quality of services that we offer to our valued guests from all over the world and expanding the activities that may be interesting for them. In the spring of 2026, we proudly opened a multifunctional sports court for basketball, mini-football, volleyball, badminton and other sports as part of our complex, and we have arranged an additional area for table tennis and billiards. A whole series of improvements for guests and an expansion of activities that guests will be able to engage in are already planned for the future.

Property info

We created our modern villas for a comfortable and fun family holiday. Guests can enjoy a spacious swimming pool (chlorine is produced from sea salt), a large garden with a barbecue area, a multi-sport court for basketball, football, volleyball, and more, as well as parking on the territory of the complex. The interior layout of each villa is very functional and offers enough space for 10-12 people. During construction, the emphasis was on the use of natural stone (granite and travertine), stainless steel as well as modern household appliances and other equipment.

Neighborhood info

Our complex is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet location on the border of a forest and an oil plantation. Therefore, you will enjoy listening to the beautiful birdsong in the early and late hours. Almost the entire plot offers picturesque, breathtaking views of the sea (only 500 meters away) and islands. Large shopping centers, good restaurants and historical sites are located just a 10-minute drive away in the town of Krk.
