The property features one spacious apartment and two stylish studio apartments, all thoughtfully designed to offer a relaxing and memorable stay. Each unit is beautifully furnished with a modern touch, highlighted by large contemporary artworks, high-quality mattresses for excellent sleep, and bright, airy interiors. Selected apartments also include a dishwasher for added convenience, while all guests can enjoy TV and comfortable living spaces. The house offers stunning views, creating a peaceful atmosphere where you can truly unwind and enjoy your surroundings. Guests also have access to shared amenities, including a common washing room and a ping-pong table—perfect for both longer stays and relaxed moments during your holiday. The house is located in a quiet and charming area, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Along the promenade, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxed stay, including a small grocery shop, a hairdresser, and a fresh fruit and vegetable market. For fun and activities, the beach offers plenty of options, such as jet ski rentals, stand-up paddleboarding, and water attractions for children—perfect for couples and families alike. Nearby, you’ll also find excellent dining options, including the popular Restaurant Perla and Pizzeria Batana, both known for their delicious cuisine and relaxed atmosphere. A special highlight is our small on-site shop, where you can taste and purchase our homemade red wine from our vineyard, as well as our own olives and high-quality olive oil. The town center is about a 20-minute walk along the scenic coastal promenade, offering beautiful sea views while taking you straight to the vibrant heart of the city.
