If you like riding the bicicle there is a bicycle path passing by the apartments where you can roam the surrounding landscape which dazzles the viewer with its wonderful beauty in all seasons. The proximity of Lake Velence provides an opportunity to walk to the Velence free beach on foot (approx. 15-20 minutes). The property has 2 apartments with a floor area of 90m2 each. The apartment marked "A" has 2 bedrooms + 1 living room-kitchen-dining room + 2 bathrooms + 1 separate toilet + 1 entrance hall. The apartment marked "B": 3 bedrooms + 1 living room-kitchen-dining room + 2 bathrooms + 1 entrance hall + 1 corridor. Apartment "A" has a terrace facing the street, while Apartment "B" has a terrace overlooking the back garden and another terrace next to a small garage. Barbecue, bonefire roasting and open air cooking tools are available for those who like to grill and cook outdoors. You can play table tennis, badminton and swing-bowl in the common areas of the apartments.

About the area: On Lake Velence, lovers of water sports will find the right recreation for themselves. You can go sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, flyboarding; paddle-surfing (SUP); professional guided canoeing to visit the nature reserve. There are also bird watching and lookout towers in the area, for those who want to admire nature. You can also explore the area around the lake by bike. Not only can guests explore the countryside by car, but they can also explore the beautiful lands of the area on the bicycle path passing in front of the apartments. The train transport is also good, the trains run every 30 minutes in the direction of both Budapest and Székesfehérvárand there are bus services to the surrounding towns. On the lake it is possible to take a boat trip to Mosquito Island. At our Bíbic apartments it is possible to park for free in the yard or on the street. The apartments are located in a newly built area of Kápolnásnyék. The accommodations are easily accessible both from highway M7 (E71) or from Road 7 and Kápolnásnyék has frequent train and long-distance bus services.
