Egy kúria jellegű udvarház az 1800-as évek végéről, vastag kőfalakkal, eredeti fa parasztpadlással, korhű bútorokkal. A Bor-Kő Udvarház a régi idők rusztikus stílusát idézve fogadja az ide érkezőket. 4 szobás vendégházunk a zempléni hegyek lábánál, panorámás környezetben, Tolcsva központjában, mégis rendkívül csendes utcában várja az idelátogatókat. Az udvarház 9 fő elszállásolására alkalmas. A szállásként kialakított impozáns lakrészek mellett egy tágas borház kínál lehetőséget az együtt töltött időre, baráti, családi összejövetelekre. Szépen rendezett udvar, terasz, nagy kert és zárt parkoló várja a hozzánk érkezőket. A természet szépségében gyönyörködni vágyók akár a kertből is megcsodálhatják a szőlővel betelepített dombokat, hegyoldalakat. A sport szerelmesei útra kelhetnek gyalogosan, kerékpárral, jelölt túraútvonalakon, vagy akár kenuval és kajakkal a Bodrog folyón evezve.
A vendégháztól pár perc sétatávolságra található a stílusosan felújított Szirmay-Waldbott-kastély, a Helia-D Herba-kastély, ahol a látnivalókon kívül kozmetikumokat vásárolhattok, sőt elkészíthetitek saját krémeteket is. Gyalogosan elérhetők a borászatok, a bormúzeum és a világörökségi pincesor. Túrázásra is van számos lehetőség, nagyon népszerűek a zempléni várak, kastélyok.
