Discover our elegant, modern keyless apartment located in a quiet eastern part of the city, close to the Kanizsa Arena, which hosts large-scale events. The accommodation is a fully self-contained 62 m² apartment in a residential building, furnished with modern equipment and carefully selected furniture to ensure our guests truly feel at home. The apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony. The comfortable sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests in total. In the bedrooms, premium-quality beds fitted with thick coconut mattresses provide a restful and comfortable night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. Coffee capsules are provided so guests can enjoy a café-style experience, whether it’s a creamy Latte Macchiato or a smooth espresso. Our complimentary services include high-speed (Gigabit) Wi-Fi and modern smart TVs with free Netflix and HBO Max access. Parking is easy and secure: a private, free parking space is available directly in front of the garage, and a secure, covered garage can also be used for an additional fee. Our apartment is an ideal choice for couples, families, and business travelers, as well as for guests attending large-scale events at the nearby Kanizsa Arena, who are looking for comfortable accommodation in a calm and peaceful environment.
