If you arrive by car, you will have the opportunity to park for free directly in front of the accommodation. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the stairwell, which is 55 sqm. Its rooms: two rooms with separate entrances, balcony, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet in a separate room. The apartment is very well equipped: large modern Sony Smart TV with HDMI connection in every room, Wifi, Air conditioning (on request) usage fee is two thousand HUF/night, hairdryer, iron, clothes dryer, washing machine, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper 2 rolls during the stay, further at your own expense, etc... In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hot sandwich maker, toaster, coffee and tea maker, kettle and dishes-plates, kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses everything you may need. Same-day bookings, i.e. (Last minute bookings) are only possible at our accommodation through an intermediary. Important Rules: OUR GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS ACTIVITIES AT THE ACCOMMODATION! Only registered paying persons may enter - stay in the apartment! ATTENTION: if the above (Important Rules) are not observed, you will have to leave the accommodation with immediate effect upon notice, and if you have any further bookings, we cannot refund them according to the regulations and we must report the case to the appropriate authority. If you do not have independent access, you can occupy the accommodation until 20:00 only (during working hours). Earlier booking of accommodation and longer stays are subject to a fee and are only possible after prior arrangement.
