We are a family run small inn and restaurant. Our restaurant is open in the summer every day, while from autumn until mid june it's open only from Friday till Sunday. All our staff is local people, and we serve local products as well in our restaurant and bar.
Kisoroszi is a quiet village on the northeast peak of the Szentendrei island, on the Danube. The whole island is a national park, it worth to walk around, in the forests and on the river shore, for it's wildlife (birds, beavers, deers, does, hares) and for the natures beauty. As the water of the river Danube is clear here, you can swim on the free beaches around the village in the summer, or go for paddling. To get to the land from the island catch a ferry (only passengers) or go to Tahitótfalu village, and pass the bridge towards the western riverside. To reach the eastern riverside you can cross the river on ferry (vehicles are allowed too) at Tahitótfalu to Vác, or at Horány to Dunakeszi.
