The house stands at the edge of the forest, with a spacious garden and private parking. In the garden, guests can enjoy a wood-fired oven, barbecue, ping pong table, and a sun terrace for complete relaxation. The panoramic level includes two apartments: • Studio Apartment with Forest View A perfect hideaway from the world. This 20 sqm apartment includes a 16 sqm bedroom, a kitchenette, and a 4 sqm private bathroom. Equipped with air conditioning and shutter blinds for complete darkness. • Family Apartment with Lake Balaton Panorama A view of the lake like you’ve never seen before! The 72 sqm apartment includes two 13 sqm bedrooms, an 8 sqm kitchen with panoramic views, a 4 sqm bathroom, and a spacious 30 sqm living/bedroom area with a dining table, as well as hallways. The kitchen-living-bedroom area is air-conditioned. All rooms are equipped with mosquito screens and blackout curtains to ensure a restful stay.

The manor-style house was built by Róbert’s father, who lovingly cared for and beautified it over many years.
