The apartman is located in a brand new building on the 1st floor with a 50m2 terrace and a 150m2 garden. The apartman itself is 99m2 (with 3 bedrooms) and it has a private entrance to the public beach right in front of the apartment. You can enjoy the view of the lake and the hills right from the terrace and from the living room. There is a private reserved parking place right next to the apartment with direct access to the apartment. The city center of Fonyod is about 1 km or 10 minutes walking where a lot of restaurants, ship cruises and other recreation opportunities can be found. Enjoy your stay!
