New building with a huge garden. This is the third house on garden with 3 rooms. There are a few company workers in the other houses but it's quite and separated. Smoking is allowed but only outside of the building. Bakery and stores nearby around 100m away. Tiszaújváros is 3km away with many shopping opportunities.
