Ez egy új építésű smart passzív apartman házben lévő külön álló apartman , minden berendezés új , teljesen felszerelt konyhával , padló hűtés vagy fűtés és split klímával kiegészítve. Öt perc sétára esik a fürdőtől , boltoktól és vendéglátó egységektől. Ingyenes parkolás a teremgarázsban. Gyors internet , smart UHD tv, HBO go.Hálószobában franci ágy két fő részére, nappaliban ágyazható kanapé , két fő részére és egy pótágy elhelyezhető. Teraszró szép kilátás zöld felületekre.
