A méltán híres Debreceni Nagyerdő,Debreceni Egyetem, Debreceni Termàlfürdő 3 km- re található a szállástól, míg a belváros 5 km-re, amit az 500 méterre található villamossal könyedén megközelíthet. A szállás szomszèdságában, bár, cukrászda, lottózó, élelmiszerbolt, szèpségszalon, virágüzlet, pékség, zöldséges, játszótér, varroda, gyógyszertár található, illetve egy kilóméteren belül gyrosos, étterem, dohànybolt helyezkedik el.

brecen, az ország második legnagyobb és legnépesebb városa, az ország keleti részén fekszik, 30 km-re a román határtól, Budapesttől 230 km-re.Területe: 461,65 km2.
