A ház 2019-ben teljes felújításon esett át, 3 hálószoba egy jól felszerelt amerikai konyhás étkező-nappali és egy fürdőszoba található. A vendégházban a konyha teljes felszereléssel rendelkezik (mikróhullámú sütő, kávéfőző, vízmelegítő, kenyérpirító), a kisgyermekes családoknak ingyenesen rendelkezésre áll egy hordozható gyerekágy ágyneműhuzattal és egy babakád. A ház kertjében tavasztól-őszig tűzgyújtási lehetőség adott.
Egész évben szeretettel várunk minden kedves pihenni vágyó vendéget.
Vendégházunk az Őrség szívében Őriszentpéteren található. Őriszentpéter a festői szépségű Őrségi Nemzeti Park területén található. A település magyarország második legkisebb települése a maga kb. 1300 fős lakosságával. Vendégházunk 800m-re található a központtól, ahol étterem, élelmiszerbolt, buszmegáló és orvosi rendelő található. A közelben nagyon sok lehetőség van a természet szerelmeseinek, a ház közelében erdő és túraútvonalak találhatók. A közelben kerékpár kölcsönzési lehetőség van.
