The Art Nouveau Villa Ida with lake view is situated on a more than 1,000 m² large fenced-in property with trees and bushes. It is located about 50 meters from the public municipal lawn in Balatonmáriafürdö with access to Lake Balaton and is open all year round. Villa Ida offers 105 m² of living space which is divided into 3 rooms, 1 kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and a hall. The 3 rooms are individually furnished and offer with their double beds space for max. 6 persons. In each room there is a television with SAT connection, WLAN is in work. The furniture consists partly of antique cupboards, the double beds fit stylishly to the villa. For a cosy get-together you can choose between the shady lake terrace with garden barbecue or the south terrace. Each room has a gas convector heating, the radiators can be operated individually. So nothing stands in the way of a holiday in the quieter and cooler pre- and post-season. On the property there is a carport and another 2 parking spaces available. There is a lockable area for bicycles

Bad Hévíz - Cures and wellness at the largest thermal lake in the world, feel like Empress Sissi and encounter a wide range of wellness and beauty offers. Ship programmes and events: From the harbour, which is about 100 m away, a wide variety of boat trips are offered, such as sunset tours, disco tours, excursions such as to the Tihany peninsula. It is possible to take your bike on the boat and continue cycling on the other side of the lake. The thermal spa Csisztafürdő near Buzsák is 19 KM away. Another excursion possibility is Zalakaros, 36 KM away. There you can find a great spa and adventure bath with a thermal lake and other leisure activities such as buffalo reservation, adventures, sports and sights. A day trip to beautiful Budapest (approx. 160 KM, motorway M7) is always worthwhile. If you don't want to miss Empress Sissi's footsteps in the surroundings of Budapest, you can visit the castle Gödöllő, which is 35 km away from Budapest, the biggest baroque castle of Hungary and the residence of Empress Sissi.
