Hi, I'm Rania. Me and my family managed the property. It's not our main job so we also have a family working as a reception and staff that will greet you as you come inside. We usually visit the place once a week to ensure the safety, amenities and cleanliness standards. We often travel the world and stayed in various places. We think that making a guesthouse that a family can use without spending more money to rent rooms is a smart idea. That's why we have options of family rooms that you can rent depends on your family size. We also have a regular room for solo/duo travelers.

This building is built in 90s. It used to be a home used by two family generations so it's considered elderly friendly. We renovated it and make more rooms than the original. We try to make it homey with seating places with family pictures and appliances in the small pantry that you can use. We have a garden in both front and back side of the house with large parking space. The building on the back is newly built and is used for monthly rental room. The building has safety devices such as CCTV that is functioning 24/7. For small vehicle such as motor/bike, we have a garage so you can park your vehicle inside. There also fences provided for the car. If you are coming from the airport, we suggest you to use online taxi (gojek) as the property is pretty far from there. Online taxi should costs you around IDR110-140k depends on the weather.

The house is located not far from the heart of the city. It's a lovely neighborhood with various places to spend your day and many places or kiosk nearby to eat or get some coffee to-go. We do not have a direct public transportation point within 0.5 km distance, so it'd require you to walk to main road to catch the public bus which is just across Masjid Raya Syekh Ahmad Khatib al-Minangkabawi or in Jl. Rasuna Said (0.7 km or 11m walk). City Landmark: ✅️ H.
