Conveniently located beside Supermal Karawaci with a connected entryway available (accessible from 10.00-22.00). Strategic location with food courts, supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, and local foods available nearby. There is a minimarket in the basement of the building and a McDonald’s and KFC that’s open 24-hours daily right across the street. A furnished studio apartment with a swimming pool view. Designed to have a modern feel in a small space with great lighting. • Unlimited Wi-fi is available in the unit. • TV is available with Netflix. • Hot Water is available in the unit. • On-site parking (for cars only) is available upon request. • The Swimming Pool & Gym is on the 5th floor. The Swimming Pool & Gym is freely available for use everyday from 07.00-22.00. • This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (including the bathroom). This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes/iqos, and any other smoking materials or substances.
