This property is located not far from the main provincial road where inter-city buses pass, the station is also close, the Ketapang port is also approximately 20 minutes by vehicle. There is Boom Beach, Sritanjung Park, the Blambangan traditional market, the Banyuwangi Grand Mosque, and the Ijen Crater which has become an iconic tourist spot in Banyuwangi.
