At the heart of the house, the kitchen functions as both a gathering space and a living workshop. Here, fermentation is an active daily practice: kombucha quietly cultures on wooden shelves, jars of kimchi and pickled vegetables mature over time, and handcrafted ferments transform harvests into nourishing food and beverages. The kitchen celebrates slow processes, preservation, and the craft of cultivating flavor naturally. Together, the home and farm create a self-sustaining environment that encourages mindful living, connection to the land, and a deeper appreciation for food made with care from seed to table.
