Built primarily from wood, stone and thatch, An Maide Bán is an attractive mix of traditional and contemporary. Its relaxed rural atmosphere with modern appliances make it an ideal accommodation for a self-catering break or a longer stay.
We love rural living with its variety,outdoor activities,scenery and fresh air! We love to travel and meet new people,see interesting places explore the history & heritage of new sites. *Please note that Aogán & Frances (my parents) will be your hosts. You will have our phone number and we can be as available as you want us to be!
The house is situated along the Annalee River and is approximately 10 minutes from Cootehill Town. Local amenities include a shop, gym and a pub all within walking distance (200m). Country walks nearby, fishing and beautiful Drumlin scenery. These rolling hills feature beautiful views, walks with hill climbing and cycling. Heritage and history guide available. We are in a rural setting. You will need your own transport. We have ample parking beside the property.
