Our property is located on the Lower Main Street in Dungloe. We are within walking distance of bars, restaurants, cafe's, banks, hairdressers, beauticians, & childrens activity centre. We are 5 minutes walk from the Waterfront Hotel so our location is ideal for guests attending a wedding at the hotel. A car is not necessary for activities within the town.
We look forward to welcoming you to our brand new apartment and we hope you enjoy your stay. We live on site and will be able to advise you on local events taking place and recommend activities which may be of interest to you.
Dungloe has 2 lovely walks to offer our guests, The River Walk & the Shore walk, both are very popular with tourists & locals. We are very fortunate to have some beautiful beaches in the area, a car would be necessary for this. We are 10 minutes drive from the small fishing village of Burtonport, you can also get a ferryboat from there to take on the 20 minute journey to the beautiful Arranmore Island. Burtonport also hosts a Visitors Centre with a wealth of local knowledge available and there is a lovely walk in Burtonport, The Railway walk. This is enjoyed by both visitors to the area & locals and you will always meet someone on the walk to update you on the history of the area.
