The property is ideally located for sightseeing in the Ancient East Boyne Valley area such as Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth being one of the most popular attractions. Baltray is approximately 6km from the ancient town of Drogheda. There are 2 championship golf courses within 2 km from Arden. There is lots to keep Children amused such as the surrounding beaches of the area, Fantasia and Tayto Park.

My background primarily is in accommodation. I started my career in Ashford Castle as executive head housekeeper. I then moved into healthcare and looked after the accommodation and staff for two hospitals. My experience in hospitality and healthcare has given me a keen interest in quality, infection control and making my guests stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my knowledge about the area, things to do and places to see.

The surrounding area of Baltray and Termonfeckin have 2 beautiful championship golf courses. The area is surrounded by beaches which extend from Baltray to clogherhead and beyond. The two villages are within walking distance from each other. They have some lovely restaurants and pubs. The ancient town of Drogheda is one of the oldest towns in Ireland, there is lots of historic sites to visit. New Grange heritage site is roughly 20 minutes drive from Arden and is definitely worth a visit.
